Session 2: Complete Pre-Production, Start Production

Today we'll start with the second video - Pre-Production:
Pre-Production

Before you can start filming, you need to know the 4 w's of your movie:
  • WHO - is in the shot and what will they be doing and saying?
  • WHAT - will the props be and will you need a background
  • WHEN - will the scene be in your movie, how long will it last
  • WHERE - will you film the shot, how will the lighting be, will there be background sounds?

Is your Script ready?
  • You need to have the script typed so it is ready to use the Teleprompter. SAVE IT TO A FILE.
  • Once it's done, email it to Mrs. Long - longb@miamicountryday.org
  • Mrs. Long will help you create a script in EasyNews that will be used for the Teleprompter AFTER YOU FILM
